P&G was having a tough time finding the right mix of in-territory VO talent to narrate their brand spot for the 2022 Beijing Olympics. The film required 4 unique voice actors in each language to match the tone and style of the original English version. With their media deadline fast approaching, the VO production had to rushed and P&G’s in-country teams needed to be patched into each recording session in real-time to give approvals.


In just under 2 weeks, we provided custom auditions for talent selection, coordinated 12 live studio sessions with remote client patches, managed a few pick-up sessions for revisions, and delivered fully mixed masters to P&G’s trafficking partner.
