The NBA has experienced 15% year-over-year growth internationally over the past decade. As they continue their efforts to reach new global audiences, the NBA hired InterEcho to localize their League Pass digital ads into 10 different languages. 


Working closely with the NBA’s global marketing team, InterEcho transcreates ad scripts for in-country review, subtitles all dialogue, and replaces on-screen graphics, cards, and legal with transcreated copy. We always provide creative and linguistic rationale in our transcreation reports so that our clients fully understand how we are adapting their original English messaging.


The NBA successfully ran 7 ads across 10 markets for the 2022/23 season reaching new audiences in their local language.
