AVIATICUS sighhounds are the history of dog racing in Poland. These are the dogs which were - and still are - superbly representing Poland on international events in Europe, staying in Polish, Dutch, German and Czech hands. AVIATICUS was the first kennel in Poland with stricte racing imports allowing this breed's appearance in our country. Moreover, choosing stud males for our bitches has never been accidental. It allowed having the best European quality progeny. I am very sorry that as fascinating sport as hound racing is not very popular in Poland. The reason is that we do not have proper tracks on which fast greyhounds or whippets - the real kings of racing tracks - could run safely. That is why Aviaticus whippets race mainly in Western Europe.
